Shingles that are buckling, curling, or blistering.
Missing or broken shingles.
Cracked and worn rubber boots around vent pipes.
Missing or damaged chimney cap.
Masses of moss which could signal the roof is decaying underneath.
Cracked caulk or rust spots on flashing.
